Due to the COVID-19 to keep our employees and customers safe, we have issued the following processes.
We can not accept any returns. If your items are damaged or broken we will still take care of it. Submit a ticket or call customer service.
Our Customer Service team is working from home and will only be answering phones from 10AM to 2PM Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping Policy

We will be using USPS to ship our products.  We will ship the items within 3 to 5 business days.  Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  You will then be able to track the shipment from when it leaves our warehouse until it gets delivered.

If your shipment is damaged when you receive it:
Please take a picture of the box and any other details you may have and call customer service or send a support ticket in using our zendesk system.  Once we receive the pictures we will send you a replacement order out immediately.  The images you provide will allow us to make a claim with USPS.
